The front desk and staff are awesome. Completely accommodated all of our needs. Clean towels provided everyday when requested and the rooms were fresh and clean. Curiously comfortable beds for being a motel. I’d stay here again for sure.

I checked into the Motel six in Corpus Christi Texas in N. Padre Island Dr., with my handicap nephew he can't talk he can't hardly walk and he got a severe brain injury, he does not have an ID so we were kicked out 30 minutes after we booked the room, was the most horrible service I have ever had I will never stay at a Motel 6 again, so if you have a handicap person in your family I suggest you do not book a room with Motel six or they will kick you out because he is handicapped that is against the law, they will be hearing from my attorney you don't kick out handicapped adults because they don't have an ID

The rooms are disgusting! Cob webs, baseboards need cleaned off. The beds need new bedspreads on them! And need bed bug protectors on them. The box springs are dirty and ripped. Overall the room was just disgustingly dirty! I won't ever stay at another one of your hotel! Plus people were partying in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe even with a supposed security guard.

We book a room at motel 6 north Dallas garland pay in front I hade to give a star for this review but as far as I consider they don't deserve any ..we had a room the first night but because it was upgraded to a room with 2 beds we had to checkout and wait for the room to be ready while waiting the owner of the place came out after that .they refuse to give us our room because the owner is scared of dogs ..what now pet friendly don't advertise dogs aloud if you freaking scared of them and don't take money in front of your not gonna give it it's a sevice dog at that!!!! The room was not even as advertised no fridge no coffee just a bed and a filthy shower .. rediculous I've been in motel 6 before never a issue with the dog but this one is really bad screaming in the hallway at night etc never again ...oh to top it off no hot water all night and in the morning no water at all

Lawn overgrown. Plywood covering a large part of the side. Employee working in sock feet. Entire motel smelled like cigarettes so bad my clothes smelled in a very short time. Sheets dingy and didn't look clean

Everyone should check out the motel 6 in San Bernardino south! Their front desk clerk Yarlin delivered great customer service. She was very patient and answered all my questions with ease DEFINITELY GOING BACK !

First they have these young kids that don't want to work there then they have the managers who can't speak English the supervisors who aren't from America and I'm not racist I don't care but when I tell you that they hung up on me you can't sit over there and say well she said you wouldn't listen to her it's not my job to listen to her I'm paying you it's her job to listen to me I don't know what country you're from but that's not how it works in America then the supervisor or manager whoever he was he hung up on me and I can post the phone call I never was disrespectful nor use profanity. And they wonder why their ratings are so low?

do not stay at any motel 6

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Gulf shores AL. I am thoroughly convinced they should change their name to Motel 3. Leaving the light on is the only amenity you are going to receive there. My first issue was the day I checked in. The picture on their website was no comparison to what I walked into. The tile in the shower was moldy. The tiles were chipped. There was a hold in the wall in the bedroom. There was a spider web complete with a spider in the corner. I felt like a parolee staying at a half way house. It was altogether very sad. I knew I was checking into the Motel 6 and not the Hilton, but for $150 per night I really expected more.
When we got back to the room that night I tried to turn on the TV, no luck. I finally pushed the button on the TV and realized it was just the remote that was bad. I was just going to call down to the office and see if they would bring me some fresh batteries. I picked up the receiver but there was no dial tone. The phone didn’t work, so I was going to call from my cell. The phone rang for several minutes and I finally got a message that the mailbox was full. I hung up and tried again. Again, after several minutes I got the same message. I walked down to the front desk. The attendant was there I guess he just didn’t want to answer the phone. I told him my troubles with the remote. He brought a new remote down to my room and tried to program it. After about 30 minutes and three different remotes he got the remote to turn the channel and volume up and down, but it wouldn’t turn the TV on or off. He said “well that’s better than it was” and left.
I woke up the next morning at 7:30 to the very athletic people next door having sex. Very loud sex. At first in my grogginess I thought they were fighting. I was contemplating weather or not I should help her. Then I realized she liked it. I’m glad they didn’t wake my 10-year-old because that’s not a discussion I’m ready to have. Since I was wide awake I decided to get up and go to the bathroom. When I took a couple steps from the bed I stepped in something wet!! At first, I was horrified. Then I realized it was just water. I flipped on the light and there was a small river flowing from the door to the bathroom. There had been a storm the night before. I used my bath towels to sop up the water. I will include pics of the towels. The flood really did them a favor because from the looks of the towels that floor had not been mopped in quite some time. I called down to the front desk (via my cell) and explained what happened and that I needed more towels. A very polite lady brought down more towels but didn’t really seem shocked about the river running through my room. Also, every time you turned on the bathroom light it sounded like an airplane was landing next to you.
All in all, it was not a great experience and I will not be staying at a Motel 6 anywhere, anytime, ever in the future. My advice to Motel 6 is to at least keep it real. Show me pics of what I’m getting myself into so that I can decide if I want to spend $150 per night to stay in a dump like that. Don’t fool me with pics that were obviously taken years ago. Then I won’t feel like I need to share my story with others and leave such a bad review.

Motel 6 in Portland Oregon Central made my state so much easier than it was going to be Anita in the office was absolutely awesome and made my stay so much better I don't know what I would have done without her so Shout out to Anita thank you for all your help I I want to thank you for all your help and understanding

My boyfriend and I stayed at motel 6 on April 6. When we arrived to our room I noticed how dirty the floor was. I let it go. Then I looked in the refrigerator it was nasty. The microwave was awful full of rust and dried food. The counter had not been cleaned. The toilet was very nasty. Toothpaste all over the mirror. To top things off blood was on our sheets. I went downstairs to make a complaint and get clean linen. The lady at te front desk was very rude and told me since it was after 4pm she couldn't do nothing. I told her I didn't check in until 9pm. She told me they don't give out linen after 4pm went in the laundry room and slammed the door. The next morning I told staff at front desk and all they said was they would tell there boss. I will never stay again after paying 70.00 for a filthy room when nothing was done

The motel 6 that my husband and I stayed at was 300 Holly pkwy in Rhome Texas. The room was very clean front desk person was very friendly..Would I stay there again ?? Yes !!
